As I mentioned before, I am a VERY ANXIOUS person.
I used to have panic attacks often (I am good now <3). I decided to do something that would make me feel better.
I started to workout on July, 2016 when I did my first set for Suicide Girls.
Not only to have something to work my body but, also, because I wasn't happy with my body. So, I decided to start working out.
I am a very responsible person. So, when I have an idea in mind I like to do it perfectly well. I ALWAYS do my best when I choose something. It was no different with the gym.
I asked my friend, who is a personal training coach, for help. He prepared a short diet and work out routine for me and I put my all into this.
Six moths later I started to see my results: My booty firming up, my abs appearing (I don't like super defined abs), my legs getting bigger and more curves developing. This motivated me to continue working out!
Today I have a physique that I never had before but I know I can be better.
The best part of this is: Working out is not just about having a beautiful body. FOR ME this is the last thing.
When I began working out I started to know my body from the inside out.
I know how each meal affects me. If I feel heavy or fine. I know what I have to eat and my body understands ALL THE TIMES I have to eat.
I know my body. I can see daily differences. Details that no one else would notice.
This is the best part ever.
I always say that my body is my temple and it is pretty awesome to know it so well... I love this.
Do you work out or practice some sport?
