So I decided to do a blog to share a few things about the kind of music I usually listen to...

If you don't know, my nickname PUNKY comes from when I was 15 and punk/thrash music was my favorite kind of music.
I used to listen (and I still do today) to Green day (the old ones), Ratos de porão, Black Flag, D.R.I., Municipal Waste, Tankard, Nuclear Assault, Slayer, Colera, Bad Religion, Misfits, and well... a lot of bands.
And plus, I have the Black Flag tattoo on my neck, and D.R.I. tattoo on my left calf.
My mom is very into heavy metal, so is my stepfather. So I grew up listening to very hard bands and I love it.
Of course, I listen to every kind of music (well, not every kind of music lol)
But lately, I am listening Rihanna A LOT because she inspires me everyday. She has a powerful energy and I take it to use myself.
But rock is in my veins.
So I decided to create a playlist with some songs I listen to when I workout! And I'll share it with you.
I hope you listen with me and use this energy.
I love to workout and listen to very hard songs. They really pump me up.
