My favorite hobby is eating, of course. But it is not too easy for me. I've started to keep a diary of food, so I can count the calories for my diet.
My new routine at the gym is really hard and I need many nutrients to get my body stronger (I am still trying hahahahaha I am so far from the body I want)
To make it easier, I usually cook the same things every day; grilled chicken or meat, lettuce, tomato and onion salad, rice or another kind of carb, eggs, sweet potatoes and blabla.. Don't give me space to talk about food or I will get excited lol
Well, my favorite recipe is Banana Pancakes <3
1 cup of oats
1/2 banana
1 whole egg and 3 egg whites
A dash of Cinnamon
Mix everything in a blender.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
(Ps: Mine Is ugly but still delicious haha)
