new day job going well. hoping to buy a house in the next several months. although this duplex i moved into has a garage for me to work on my art projects. so its not all bad. i just hate paying rent.

birthday weekend in palm springs. hot as hell. played golf, drank a few, ate a lot. swimming.

house shopping next week hope to find something i can afford to buy.
