Here's another caesar salad dressing recipe for you. I haven't tried it myself yet, so I can't guarantee that it is good. So far, all the recipes I've tried from this book have been pretty yummy, so hopefully this will be too!
-12 ounces firm tofu
-1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
-2 teaspoons capers, drained & rinsed
-2 teaspoons vegetarian Worchestire sauce (if you're not veggie, the regular stuff will do of course)
-2 teaspoons soy sauce
-1 small garlic clove, pressed
-3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
-1/2 teaspoon sugar
-1/8 teaspoon black pepper
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-2 tablespoons water
In a blender, combine all the ingredients, and blend until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate before serving. Yields 2 cups.

1 tsp anchovy paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon
1 clove of garlic minced
1 egg
mix and blend with an equal part of olive oil.
chill
add salt & pepper & parm when tossing salad.
