I'm making chocolate brownies, woo hoo! We have a REALLY BAD Iron cheif competition at work where we have to bring in munchies based around a "secret ingredient" (white chocolate).

This week it's my turn again and so I'm doing my best to make brownies with white chocky chip things. I have had a tendancy to create some absolute disasters in the past (much to everyones amusement), so I have followed the recipe damn closely this time. Here's hoping that the end product isn't too ville.

Bugger, (har new it was too good to be true) just took the tray out 'o the oven and knocked it as I put it on the bench. All of the air deflated out of my "masterpiece" so now it looks like a flat chocky slab. Grrr, don't think that I can disguise this one!

Ok time for coffee, that allways makes things better ! Oh by the way, thanks for all the comments in my old journal thingy this time arround. I was starting to think that some 'o you people were just site lurkers (har tease tease).

Ok out of coffee , Tea it is then. Arrrh I'm all hyped up from eating "left over" chocky that should have gone into the mix. I'm going ta have to hit the old exercise routine real hard now.

Hmmm just ramble'ng too much, well time to harrass all my peoples and see what you are up to.
