Call Father Mike and tell him he can relax a little.
No hell hasn't frozen over, but close. Tucson AZ is under a blanket of snow tonight. It started this afternoon with some flurries.
It's not the first time it's happened but it's strange enough that last time I took pictures too. This time though it kept snowing, and snowing, and snowing. And it started to stick, and pile up, and weigh down the trees.
This is so bizarre. Sure it isn't the same level of winter weather my family is getting in Missouri,
but it is the strangest weather I've ever seen. It's even making me feel different.
Right now I've got a mug of Earl Grey tea at my elbow and I'm wearing sheepskin slippers. OK the tea isn't odd for me but I haven't worn the slippers since I lived in Wyoming. If this keeps up I'll be getting out extra blankets and making homemade chili.
So I'm gonna go now. I think I've got a copy of Frosty the Snowman around here somewhere.
