There was a girl in two of my library science classes last summer named Laura who I had a massive crush on. I don't get crushes all that often these days, so this was something of a milestone. Anyway, a sparkling smile, great, big beautiful eyes, a stylish, yet conservatively demure demeanor, a lovely speaking voice, and bangs (I'm just a sucker for bangs) were just a few of the things that intrigued me about this girl. Another thing she had going for her is it seemed as if she may've had a shade at least close to her real hair color (a rarity amongst females I know, fer shure). She isn't in any of my classes this semester 'cause I registered late, but she walked by just now and smiled and waved at me.
Now did I mention she moved here for her boyfriend and just adopted a kid?
Figures.
edit: Okay, for something a little bit more upbeat, here's a tune I used to spin with some regularity when I used to DJ:
Oh, the dance moves and the fashion sense of the early '80s...

Love the music. Sorry about the girl. Just leaves room for a better one, right? Good luck with everything!
