cant sleep again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

rollercoasters, love 'em or hate 'em?

i love 'em. the best one i've ever rode is nemisis at alton towers in england. fuckin cool!! it's the kind you sit in with your feet hanging out of. i've seen it on a discovery channel documentory about thrill rides. pretty nifty!

just got home from the gym. i reached some personal goals tonight biggrin good for me!!

they've just changed my shifts at work to thurs, fri and sat. 4:30 pm to 4:30 am. so now i cant go on my late birthday road trip to hot spring with my buddies. but what the hell, you gotta work frown .

i know it sounds cheesy, but whenever i think of a catchy line from a song, the nine inch nails' song "the only time" pops into my head: "my moral standing is lying down"...it is cute and you know it alluding to sex in some form or fashion.

getting personal goals working out kicks ass: yesterday i managed to jog a mile...2 weeks before running a lap around an 1/8 mile track would have me winded (i was that out of shape)
