So I took advantage of a single mother on Saturday night...allthough I'm pretty sure she was trying to take advantage of me (invited me back to her place, and bought me a dozen beers)...do the two cancel each other out? We ended up fooling around until 4am, at which point I made up something about having to drive to the mountains in the morning. Now I know I'm not gonna call her (was pretty tempted though...I did enjoy myself, as did she last weekend, but in the end I know I couldn't live with myself for leading her on, and there was NO way that there was ever going to be anything serious between the two of us). She just msn'ed me to see why I haven't called. I summoned the "guts" to tell her I didn't think things would work, and that while I had a good time, and she's fantastic, I thought this was for the best.
Anyone who feels like a douchbag, raise your hand...

I seriously feel pretty low (Jesus, I helped her put her kid to bed before we started making out). Aren't guys not supposed to feel bad about this kind of thing? Shouldn't I be bragging to my asshole jock buddies (ok, I don't have asshole jock buddies)...
One of these days, I'm gonna have to "man-up" and stop carng so damn much about how other people feel...it's really quite exhausting.
