Thanks for the good advice. I prefer not to support the meat, dairy, or fishing industries so I get my protein elsewhere. I'm not one of those people that craves meat so I will let others have their share of the sustainable stuff. I've been eating lots of quinoa sprouts instead. I go with what my body craves and now that I've kicked my dessert addiction I totally trust what my body wants.
