I want to go visit A's family. I'd love to see him in his "home" and to see where he grew up. Perhaps it is the historian in me...want to know everything about the people I love. Their home. Family. See where they go into fights with neighborhood kids... Etc.
Turns out Carolina mailed me a letter three weeks ago...but it didn't get to me and it didn't bounce back to them. Weird. I've asked them to fax me a copy of the letter so that I can plan. Brooklyn Law should get back to me this afternoon about the status of my letter there, too.
By Friday I will have made up my mind. One way or the other, I'm seriously leaning toward going to NC or GA for a year. My parents offered me their basement apartment, which would kick butt if I'm going to photography school that year -- great place to work -- and I could save a TON of money. It would mean moving home though. At the same time, this may be good for me for a year if it means getting a better deal on in-state tuition. Or, I could move to GA, be close to A, get in-state tuition there. I hate Atlanta though. Friday. Friday I will make a plan in stone and stick to it. A year isn't the end of the world. (That is not what my over-achieving self tells me, but I'm trying to be reasonable.)
Friday.
I love the sunshine. I love wearing dresses again. I gave up this winter. I bundled up in very un-me clothing and tried to stay warm. I know that NYC isn't *that* cold, but it is for Me! I'm cold from about late-October until...well...April. :o)
Brazil has about perfect weather in my estimation...
