p.s. thinking about moving to austin in september, so i checked out their apartment rental rates and, check this: dozens of places give first month free, some say "first month, $99," and all of them are 2/3 the cost of p-land rents. INSANE! where's my cowboy hat?

actually, that's not stalker-like at all; ambiguity and not-obviously-fawning-over-people are stalking characteristics. no, asking to hang out is quite normal, and flattering too.
