afraid of being accused of
stealing a language that aint mine

I don't want a reputation
don't want to earn a name
for speaking tounges
instead of spittin love
swelling with fruitful flavor
a shrinking violet
under the
heatlamps of audience silence

pressure cooker anticipation
broad band communication
even a girl that lives to dream
can lose the steam
on stage
so forgive me
my shaking hands
and dewey brow
its just my words on paper for now...
