Im drinking tazo red tea, yum.
Mazzy's eye is getting better.
She is still quite pitiful though.
Anyone read any good books lately?
any reccomendations?
I just finished fear of flying, erica jong, are the rest of her books any good?
I start school on friday morning, well orientation anyway.
I took a career aptitude test yesterday and it told me I'd make a good, corrections officer, dental hygeinist, pharmacy tech, or finance manager.
I don't know about all that....
I wish I knew what I wanted to do with myself so I could get on with it and find a job that would make me happy.
I wish I could get paid for laying in bed eating chocolate and writing poetry.
Maybe I'll open a doggie hotel, or spa or something.
I want a tub full of powdered sugar

fast food nation was a great book, a bit disturbing, but very enlightening...

Well, damn. Beat to the punch. Hmm. It's a little more politically-oriented, but before Fast Food Nation I read Crashing the Party by Ralph Nader. I love the guy; I campaigned for him in 2000, and it put the whole Green Party effort into another perspective. Especially good since next year's another election year. If that's not your cup of tea, Diamond Age is good, if you like sci-fi.
