Regrets weighing heavily
We never stood a chance
Too many
Not enough
Can..t give in
Already gave up
Living and breathing
Bitter at best
Fighting and flailing
And failing this test
Decaying sympathy
For recent events
A growing abhorrence
The loveless repent
