I'm going to try to get myself in the right mind set to start working out. My goal: Climb Denali. Time frame: 2 years. Initial time frame: 3 months. Initial time frame goals: run straight for 1 hr 30 min. at a TBD speed, stairmill 1 hr with 40 lb pack, other cardio & strength TBD.
Expectations/thoughts: I know its going to be shitty. I will want to quite. The biggest obstacle to overcome is myself. The thing I need right now: purpose.
