An article by Bitch Ph.D. (Screw Poland; Don't Forget Afghanistan) sparked a thought in my headyes the spider webs were torn as the gears started turning.
Is there a resource that a US Citizen can access to find which charities, NGOs, foreign governments, and any other organization that the USA Government is:
1. Contributing funds to,
2. How much on an annual basis is being contributed per group,
3. How many years have the contributions been made,
4. Is there a time table for the contributions to end,
5. Are there specified reasons/goals set for the use of the contributions,
6. Who monitors those goals,
7. Other?
