Update #1 on the workout:
Last time I posted it was the 10th of August. Since then, for strength/resistance training, I've worked out 4 of the past 10 days (10th thru 19th). For cardio training, I've worked out 4 of the past 10 days as well. So I'm not exactly on track. Usually Fridays & Saturdays aren't the best days for me to workout on so I'll have to work out something on those days to optimize the number of days that I work out. Here is a quick breakdown of the past 10 days.
