"Mr. President, I am the representative for the Harjuu, the race that has now claimed what you once called 'North Korea.' I am calling to confirm that we have eradicated all of the North Korean military vehicles, bases and much of it's leadership. Also, the ruling family has been killed. We now control this area within the formally recognized boundaries as set forth by your planetary governments. We will remain within those boundaries until such time as we see a pressing need to expand beyond them. Such a need could include but is not limited to military incursion by any neighboring country. This is now our home, we will negotiate our role within your global community once we have established a ruling faction for this land."
