It was a great idea, it really was. I loved the idea so much I implemented it without even consciously thinking about it. It was such a great idea it just came naturally to me. What was the idea you're wondering? Any time a comic idea pops into my head write down the dialogue and save it on your hard drive, no matter what. That way my mind will be uncluttered and able to focus on my current stories Wavelength and Soul Armor. Later when I have a break I can get back to any of those other stories, flesh them out and see what happens. Genius right? Unfortunately there is a really, really, really, really big problem with this wonderful idea:
This is a screen shot that shows how many of these ideas I've written out and this doesn't include A: The stories I've already rejected and deleted. B: The erotic themed stories and C: The stories that I haven't written down yet BECAUSE MY BRAIN IS CONSTANTLY CREATING NEW STORIES THAT I SUDDENLY WANT TO WRITE DOWN!!!
If all of that wasn't bad enough every time I start working on one project my brain betrays me and makes me want to work on something else. This distraction makes creating new pages for any comic work all but impossible. I face extensive downtime due to creative paralysis because no matter how hard I try I can't stay focused on one story at a time.
Someone get me a phalanx of q-tips.
