40-50 yrs ago or so, interracial marriages were illegal. However, that was deemed unconstitutional because dun dun duuuuuuuuunnnnnn it was stripping unalienable rights from Americans. How the FUCK do people NOT see banning gay marriage UNCONSTITUTIONAL? You are DENYING unalienable rights to a certain group of Americans because *you do not like them for whatever reason*. First it was women. Then it was blacks. Now its gays.
