You know you're spacing out when an earthquake happens right under your feet and you don't feel it. This morning at 10:09am a 4.1 earthquake struck nearby, near enough for our neighbor to feel it but for some reason we didn't. I was out walking around the block with my daughter and niether of us felt a thing. My wife was just waking up at that time and she didn't feel it either. Interesting. Perhaps we all make somekind of "earthquake repelling forcefield" around us. lol.
I bought a new telescope for $8 the other day. Got a good deal on it for what it can do actually which of course isn't a whole lot. I did manage to look at Jupitor though which right now is the brightest object in the sky second to the moon. The moon doesn't rise here until around midnight and i don't feel like staying up that late to look at it yet. lol. I'm still trying to zero in on mars which is almost as close as it can get. Unfortunately I haven't really found it yet.
That's all for now, still looking for work and enjoying my family.
