This is what happens to your arm when a wrist shot hits it.
My first hockey game with my new team didn't exactly go off as planned. In fact it didn't happen at all due to the fact that only three people (including me) showed up for the game. The other team brought a total of four which wasn't enough either but someone had to be declared the victor so the team that brought more people got it. We hung around after that and used the rink time to practice which was a lot of fun.
Until this happened.
Needless to say I was benched for the last 15 or so minutes of practice and went home with what I was worried was a broken fucking arm. I could barely move my thumb and I couldn't even touch the spot that got hit. Thankfully it was only a bone bruise which has already healed but that night I was pretty worried.
Not much else going unfortunately and I say that because of my job situation. No call back from my interview not that I'm expecting any, not about that job at least. I sent my application to a couple more local game companies so we'll see if anybody bites.

that happened to my knee, I was using someone else pads and that where just a little too big. The last shot of the day, I mean the very last shot, just me and another guy on the ice and he says, hey stop this shot, I slid over to where the shot is going and my pad slid just a little the other way and "pow" right into the side of the bone on my knee.
