i peeled off the scab on my brand today... i got it all in one piece, a perfect heart of scab... there is something nice about it. i think it would be a nice gift to give someone (pictures are up)

then... i threw up. i don't know, maybe it was the sensation of pulling off the burnt skin, or what it meant to me. it was probably because it HURT, and i was trying to be careful about getting it in one piece, so i had to pull in some spots where it wasn't ready. it bled in some spots.

then i went to the gym for an hour... then ate my weight in rice crispy treats.... or at least it felt like it, i'm stuffed.

was going to walk around, but i don't feel like being cold, so i''l sit around here for awhile.

i hate my days off... these days...

it will get better i'm sure



maybe i'll go to a movie later
