Step By Step:
1: Open up picture from the file it is stored in.
2: Right click on the picture and select "Edit". This will open it in paint.
3: From the "Image" tab select "stretch/skew, and a box will open
4: In the "Stretch" area change both 100's to 35, and leave the "skew" values st at zero's
5: From the file tab select "Save As" and name the newly sized picture a different name from the original such as "pic of me Small" so that you do not damage the quality of the original.
6: Upload it here and show us

you can make an account at www.photobucket.com and upload the pictures there, when you want to put a picture into your photo album just take the link under the picture and give it (img) (/img) tags (replace the ( with [ though)
