Ow... dammit... my arms... I can barely move both my arms... I hate that feeling that you get the first 2 weeks or so after working out again after not working out for a year... you know, the muscle aches that are so bad that the pain is just indescribable... other than OW...

Then we'll get memberships together. He knows I wanna go and swim laps at the aquatic center. Better than running for me. I can swim laps forever. The aquatic center here is pretty new, so I'm assuming its probably pretty nice.
