Just for the record, the hiring process really sucks. I hate interviewing people.

It never ceases to amaze me, the amount of apathy most people generally have toward making a good first impression with a prospective employer. Not only that, but I try to put as much specific information in my ad as possible, and these people who claim in their resumes to have such "great attention to detail" for some reason keep asking me the same fucking questions I've clearly answered in my ad before they even contact me.

No wonder they're unemployed.
