Fitness Update:
I have been working out regularly for the past few weeks and started adding supplementary exercises. I started out with just boxing and skating; I added jumping jacks as a warm up and am mixing it up with speed walking/jogging with weights on each leg. Also I am doing shadow boxing, push-ups, and wrist rolls on boxing days and bicycle crunches and leg extensions on running days.
Another addition to my workout routine is the use of Gamma Labs PTF. I am satisfied with the drink, it gives me more energy and motivation without lighting me up and I've been able to work a little bit harder and longer. As of now my weight is down to almost 240. Most of my additions have been relatively recent so I am looking forward to seeing the results in a couple more weeks.
