Day 18 of my juice fast, total weight loss thus far: 25lbs. The last few days hasn't yielded much weight loss but I attribute that to the boxing that has probably been building up some muscle so i'm not worried. The two most difficult problems I am facing right now is the wretched taste of the juice I am drinking and my sleep cycle, which has gone haywire and interfering with my work out schedule.
I can't physically tell that I am losing weight yet but my workouts have gotten easier which is keeping me motivated. I am going for a goal of 30-40 days on my juice fast so I am getting closer to the end and have begun scouting recipes for my diet afterwards.
