I'll warn you, this is a boring blog about weight loss.

The past week, I have been busting my ass to lose some weight. My "goal weight is 20 pounds less than what I am now and I'd like to achieve that by the end of this year. I have been doing lots of cardio and going to the gym literally every day. So far, I have gained about 7 pounds according to the gym scale. ARGH frusterating. I think that scale is off or something since so many people weigh themselves on it and it isn't taken care of properly. I don't think I'm going to give up. I am trying hard to not weigh myself, but I have so far failed. Ehh, tomorrow is a new day.
Since the spring, I hav been overly obsessed with my appearance. I lost about 45-50 pounds in the last year and I don't want to gain it back. So far I haven't =]
Anyway, does anyone have any cool tips, recipes, work outs, etc. for me? I'd love it!
