I'm on a new mission in my life. I have to lose 11 pounds. Since October of last year, I have been dieting for the military and have lost appx. 30 pounds by dieting and exercising a lot. Lately, I have had an extreme problem with bloating. My weight bobs up and down, losing and re-gaining the same 5 pounds and does NOT seem to want to lose anymore weight. Is this normal...has anyone ese experienced this? ARGH!
Anyway, today, I started my new diet and it is killing me! I usually eat healthy...lots of organic food, fruits, veggies. But I am cutting my portions and trying to stay away from pasta now since most of my food is usually chow mein or lo mein =/
I feel like I'm dying today! I know it's normal during your first few days of dieting, but this really sucks. I have an unrealistic goal to get this 11 (4 of which is water weight) off of me by the end of the month. Wish me luck!!!!!

Is your power back on? My brother said the storm kept him up all night - I was already up, but it didn't seem to be that bad.
