Wednesday: I'm Tired and I Wanna Go To Bed
1. I know it's because of my impending period (she's scheduled to arrive around 8pm tonight), but jesus FUCK I'm exhausted. I was 45 minutes late for work this morning for no reason other than I literally could not lift myself out of the bed this morning. I'm hoping that this precious tumbler full of Colombia Nario Supremo will help me get the proverbial wheels in motion for the day.
2. Last night we had a sub for boxing. She was a girl with whom I'm familiar, Rachel. She's a personal trainer and fitness instructor there. Anyway, it was pretty decent. Not so much of a cardio workout, but she did work out the legs more than we normally do, plus she added jumprope intervals. It's high comedy watching folks try to get a hang of the rope. Hah! I'm sore in the hips today, which is nice for a change.
3. I really need to invest in a new train case for my makeup. I've been using my trusty tackle box (it kinda looks like this), but that's just not cutting it anymore. It's bursting at the seams. I have a pro case, but it's back in Toronto and I don't think that'll cut it either. I'm considering one of these:
It's large enough to hold what I have, plus some extra room to expand my collection a little. And the fact that it has wheels makes me extremely excited. It'll make shooting all you lovely SGs a heck of a lot easier.
4. The Shield season premiere last night was the stuff that dreams are made of.
Glenn Close has made a fine addition to the cast, and the end was fucking brilliant. Shane's digging his grave.
OK, back to 'work'. I think the caffiene is kicking in.

Wow...thanks for all the info about heat styling sweetie. I never knew all of that..so you kinda went through a hair revelation since working there? Amazing. I have retarded naturally wavy (not curly mind you) fine hair and naturally mousy brown to boot. I was not blessed by the hair Gods..so it's now red and I've blown it straight for as long as I can remember. I don't use the straightening iron on it every day, but once in a while for a different style is fun. I'm emailing you my address you're so sweet to offer to send me that stuff. *hugs*
