So this morning I had a definite blonde moment. My alarm went off at 7:30, as usual, and I began my morning routine, as usual. First thing's first - make coffee. Then I got into the shower, etc. etc. etc.. Then when I went to pour myself a much-needed cup of hot fresh java, all that came out of the caraf was hot fresh water. It seems I had forgotten to add the coffee grounds.
I mean, really - between the pot, the natural blondeness, and the general absent-mindedness... I'm doomed.
In other news, I have to send in my renewal for my M.A.C. PPID card. In the good old days, I used to get a 70% employee discount. But until I work there again (which may in fact be sooner than I thought), I'm gonna have to be happy with 40%. Hey - I'm not complaining.
Boxing was freakin' fabulous last night, as always. When I got home, Dan did me the hugest favor by taking care of the monsterous pile of dishes in the sink while I showered the sweat offa myself, then I fed the cats and made my usual fabulous salad dinner. The rest of the evening was spent in front of the television, cuddling and giggling and generally being disgustingly in love.
Tonight, more of the same. My old Personal Training Partner in Crime, Maddy, may join me for tonight's class. I hope she does - we used to push eachother to complete muscle failure back in the day. *sigh*
