I made it through another week! It's a celebration, bitches.
You know what's funny (not really)? I actually have to write down the things I want to write about in my journal from day to day as they come to me, otherwise I forget. Go short term memory.
Spinning last night was fabulous, as usual. The instructor for Tuesday and Thursday nights is Ande, and she's absolutely ruined me for every other spinning instructor out there. She's brilliant. Most instructors just throw on some loud trance music and scream at you to pedal as fast as you can, GO GO GO!! But Ande is all about technique and form and muscle focus. I always end up working so much harder in her classes than anyone else's. I *heart* her.
After class, I stopped by Eckerd to pick up some soap, and realized I needed foot cream. I'm really particular about my feet for some reason - I need them to be moisturized before I put my socks on every day. Anyway, I ended up purchasing Udder Balm. It's awesome. My feet feel fabulous.
Sheesh, what useless information.
This morning as I was following my usual morning routine, I realized that I had forgotten to turn on the coffee maker. I usually do so right before I step into the shower, so it'll be ready by the time I get out. Anyway, I made my way across the kitchen to press the little orange button, and my Lucy was sitting right next to the coffee maker. Just as I reached out to turn it on, she leaned back and pressed the button with her back paw, staring at me all the while.
Sometimes I wonder just how 'superior' we humans really are.
In a related story, I'm thinking of adopting this little man very soon:
*squeal* How cute is THAT?!?!
Tonight Dan is going to dinner with his rich friend, Chris. So I think I'm just going to head home after work and relax a little. I still have some clothes and shit to put away still, so I guess I should tackle those. The plan is to meet up with Dan after his big expensive dinner and head over to The Porch to grab a birthday beverage or two with the fabulous Mr. luna.
Today, I'm wearing M.A.C.'s Melody shadow...which seems to be discontinued.
