Fucking Mondays. 
I'm doing my damndest not to fly off the handle today. Both Dan and I have noticed that I'm a lil' on edge lately. I was doing fine until the MTA happened this morning. All I can say is that if they hike the fare any higher I'm going to have a sacraficial bloodletting on the F train.
This weekend was jovial on the whole. On Friday night, we completed the majority of our holiday shopping at the Union Square Holiday Market, which was nice besides the rain. Then we came back to my workplace so that Dan could get the floppy mop atop his head taken care of. Then we came home and vegged out. Usual Friday biznass.
Saturday was the much anticipated SGNY Holiday Shindig. I spent the day tidying the house, then I got a little pumped at the gym. Came home, primped a little, and hung out with Lawsy Von Studypants since he couldn't come with me. Then I took a brisk walk to freyja's extremely cute apartment, and we made our way (picking up waxangel in the meanwhile) to the Bushwick Country Club. It was a little quiet when we first arrived, but it soon got PACKED and the place was pumpin'. I had the pleasure of meeting many new (and cute) faces including James, Mle, MistakesMade, and the unbelieveably charming Doll, who's babies I intend on producing. I also had a -small-world moment with the infamous Daniel Robert Epstein, who's brother I am closely tied with. Interesting, no? In the thick of things I had half-coherent conversations with BK_Unknown (our gracious host), minimalism, NadzofSteel, prettypinkLUSH, Aspen, derceto, mydogfarted and his lovely wife crazyanimallady, LuckyP and her boobies, Alexis, the insatiably cute JaiDee and her man chrislikewhoa, Iggy, Irina, legionnaire (Blade Trinity is ON motherfucker), UneccesaryZ, vyeseleph, ymonster and my Canadian partner in crime, Twwly. I also kept my lil' sis updated on the goings on as often as I could. She was missed, but there will be many more parties where that one came from. Around 2am I snuck out the door with ymonster, Twwly and James who offered to drop me off on their way home to watch amputee porn. I had time to say goodbye to the host, at least. Fun times had by all!
Sunday was mellow. Laundry, gym, dinner. Evidently it was also a good day for tons of hot sex.
And there it is in a nutshell, darlings. Hopefully this week will glide by gracefully and quickly. To Do: Christmas cards, Pearl River, court appearance tomorrow (ugh), pick up some holiday green, ship out XMas gifts to Canada. That should about do it!
