So yesterday before spinning class I got on the scale...and I lost a pound! Sure, it doesn't sound like a big deal, but when you're gaining muscle at the same time as losing weight, a pound is progress. More running/lifting tonight.
In a related story, I think I need to cut back on the amount of weed I smoke. I mean, I'm certainly not going to stop (you gotta be CRAZY), but maybe bring it down from 7 days a week to like 3 or 4. As I've mentioned a million times before, I have no control over the binge eating when I'm high. And if I want to get my hot bod back, I have to give it a rest.
I'm not gonna bullshit you though...it ain't gonna be easy.
In other news, tomorrow's the Engagement Party. I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of peeps I haven't seen in a long time. Plus, what could be more fun than bowling AND drinking?? *squeal*
