So I was discharged today! They said thee is nothing more they can do for me but to send me home with shit loads of medications.
I'm still having pain in my lungs and painful heart pain every time it beats. My bladder still isn't functioning right since the hysterectomy and it will take time for it to work right again. I have a long road of recovery ahead of me.
It is extremely difficult to walk after being in a bed for a week, my legs are very weak and hurt to bend them.
I've lost a lot of weight due to not eating since last Monday night amd being nauseous for so long. My hair is falling out in clumps and I mean clumps and is very dry and almost feels dead.
I've had 2 incidents since being on the blood thinners to where I wouldn't stop bleeding. The hospital room was so dry that my nose was bleeding for 2 days and being on blood thinners, it was a mess. Also when I left the tiny little hole the iv was in wouldn't stop bleeding for over 20 minutes. Basically I'm a walking smack for a fucking vampire.
I'm so glad to be home though in my own bed and back with my kiddos and hubs. I have a long recovery ahead of me but I think being at home instead of a hospital will help me recover quicker. Hospitals are so damn depressing!
