I'm really sorry everyone,

I checked my page every day and for over a week it's told me I had zero notifications! I just clicked on it to see the last time I got one and I guess I was getting them all along!

I wasn't ignoring anyone I promise, SG just wasn't telling me everyone was trying to communicate with me
