What's the best way to find out about events?

I've tried to keep up with a few groups but I have yet to find a shootfest near Seattle or any other events for SG or HOPEFUL ladies. I'm new to the area and want to meet people!

Lets plan our own event! Maybe a meet n greet for some veterans as well as new girls. We will build some new friendships and with any luck, make some awesome art!
