I'm happy to have my car back from the shop today. The auto body shop did an excellent job on the repair.

It's looking like I'll be out of work this week, so I'm making a list of productive ways to spend my time. Tomorrow, the first on that list will be to vote, of course. I know I have some things to do. oil change, groceries, etc. The schedule just tends to fill up with lots of everyday things that I've had to put off when life gets busy. But I still want to take some time to do somethings that truly interest me and I think I might try to design and make a shirt. I have little experience with textiles, so this will be a challenge. I don't know that I'll actually make this happen, but now that I've posted it in my bog, the chances probably went up by about 50%.

I'm enjoying this cloudy, cool weather too, by the way. It inspired me to put on my favorite sweatshirt and walk over to Sizzler last night for their steak, salad, and a bowl of hot clam chowder soup with melted cheddar cheese, beneath a mountain of oyster shell crackers... now that is some cloudy, cool weather food.
