I am sick and tired of finding bum coils on the sidewalk in my neighborhood.

I almost tripped over this one across the street from my building this morning.

What is with these people? There is a 7-11 just a couple blocks away. Poop there! Or find a pot to poop in or something. Just keep it off the sidewalks, for crying out loud!
