Normally, I get a little upset when they get my name wrong at Starbucks because I end up having to walk around with a cup that has someone else's name on it. Unless I introduce myself as "Ryan with an R," they get it right maybe 25% of the time. I'll try to watch them write it, too, because occasionally I can correct them before the cup gets handed off to the barista. When all of these precautions fail, I'll just place my thumb strategically over the "B" and drink my coffee or sometimes I'll scratch it off.

An idea just occurred to me yesterday... you know those vinyl window decals that cling with static electricity? Well, I'm going to have some printed up with my own design so I can bring one with me when I get coffee. It'll have my name and my drink and maybe my photo. They can just stick it right to my cup and there'll be no more confusion.
