So ive decided that i want to become a egg donor.
to help out those who cant have children of there own.
why not help out someone in need, when in turn i will eventually need the same.
considering im a lesbian , i cant physically have my own child without the help of a "donor" right?!
either i would have to be artificially inseminated, adopt a child, or pay for a someone to carry my child for me among other ways.
all of which have to do with someone out there helping me out in some way shape or form.
well i decide to call my parents for family history to see if i even qualified to become a donor in the first place.
which turned out to be a bad idea.
my mom stopped talking to me immediately after she found out why i was asking the questions and handed the phone to my dad
then she tried to convince me through him, how much of a bad idea it was to even consider it
im an only child
i think they should have aleast tried to support me on my decisions whether or not they totally agree on them

It sucks that your parents don't understand. Maybe in time they will learn to accept it.
