Sounds like a good idea two months out. But I know the day of I am going to regret it. Ugggghhhh 
As far as I can remember and maybe never in my life has my father and his brother and their families gotten together for the holiday's. For years my father's side of the family has not gotten together at all. A few years back I started inviting them all over to my place and cooking and all for them. It has been a big hit.
This year I decided to invite my uncles family to join. There will be about 15 people at my house Thanksgiving day.
I know Grandma will love it, to see her children and grandchildren all together for the holidays for the first time in 30+ years.
Her time on this planet grows short and it is the least we can do to let her go into that long twilight knowing things are getting better with her family.
But oh my.... .that is going to be a lot of work.
Well look for the update in 7 weeks I guess.
