Holidays are sneaking up on me...
Every year they just sneak up on me and it feels the same this year. Thanksgiving on the way, Christmas commercials and music in stores already? It is on a roll. I have so much to get ready for Thanksgiving and the Oregon Civil War college game day that will be hosted at my place the same weekend. Sheesh.
So let's see what this holiday season is like. Economy is bad out there folks. Worst since 74-75 and 80-82. Bad bad bad. Just hunker down and try to make it through the other side and don't lose your job whatever you do. Job market is horrible. We had layoffs about 6 weeks ago. I have friends at 4 companies in the Portland area that have either just had layoffs or have them coming up in the next week or two. Good luck my friends.

I can't believe it's going to be Thanksgiving soon. I am just looking forward to my first official day off (The day after Thanksgiving) since May.
