A milestone hast been reached. 
Today my blinds were installed in my new home. This concludes all the items that I knew I was going to want/need when I first moved into the new house. 7 months and $6K later it is complete.
NOW... on to all the things I wanted to change since I moved in. The list grows on and on. hehe....
Christmas lights up, stockings hung by the chimney with care, and soon a tree to be decorated. I feel so at home here.
I am happy, my home, family, job, love it seems complete to me at this moment. Relish it.... life can bring so many troubles that the bright spots need to be relished and that I am doing.

the funny thing is, recently I've realized how much I still have to learn. It kind of makes me not care so much about getting older. Now I look at my younger sisters (18 and 20) and they think they know everything there is to know already. I was like that too and it really makes me laugh now. And also feel kind of stupid....hahaha.
