Been wondering where my depost check from my rental was. I moved out almost a month ago and worked my ass off to clean that place spotless.
Just got a call from my landlords today. They had an emergency and had flown down to San Diego and have not been back to Portland since I moved out.
Said they were sorry and asked for my address so they could send me my enitre deposit back! Woo Hoo. Cause it was a big chunk of change $1300! I was counting conservatively on $900. Took a wee bit of money stress off me for this month. Whew.
Heck they even asked me how much the check was supposed to be for.
But I rented from them for 8 years so we had a good relationship.
Well off to watch a little Six Feet Under Season 5! Yay!

Hey! The weather sucks. That makes me mad. We actually need to do our drive in your convertible and me buying drinks thing. Maybe next week it'll be pretty.

The beach was great! The weather in cali had sucked for that weekend, but the clouds parted for me that day. It's was beautiful.
