The move is pretty much complete. Still nothing up on the walls but all boxes unpacked and slowly but surely getting all the little things I wanted intalled or put in that will finish the home out.

The mirror for the antique chest I refinished is done and waiting at the glass shop to be picked up. Excited to have that piece finished. It is in the dining room now without the mirror installed. Using it as a sideboard/liqour bar for the time being.

Quiet weekend at home.

Watched a good movie. Bill Murray in "Broken Flowers" seen it? I really liked it. It is the type of movie that resonates with me because it does not wrap everything up in a neat little package for you at the end. Life so seldom is wrapped up in neat little packages and I like movies that reflect life...

even though I do appreciate the occasional Hollywood Blockbuster Escapist flick... these smaller movies are the ones I remember over the long term.
