Hmmmm Update? Well not sure I have a update but since I have decided to be a bit more active on the site for my hard earned $$$$.... I am updating dammit! 
All the house stuff is in a quiet period. Mostly just waiting on the builder to fix all the items from the inspection report. He agreed to all of it so that is good!
Now I am just excited to move in, it is so beautiful I cannot wait!
